We have so many fun events coming up! Easy Family Recipe Night Sunday, October 1st Easy Family Recipe night is a night for us Moms to get together and learn some new recipes. Cooking for your family no matter the size can be a lot of work; we all have some dishes that help with that, now's the time to share! Bring a dish that is easy (not too much work or too many ingredients) that your whole family enjoys. We will hang out, drink, and try each others dishes so you may have some ideas of what you may want to try for your family in the future. Also, send me the recipe so I can share all the recipes with everyone afterwards, amandalcihak@gmail.com. Come hungry and BYOB.Hosted by: Amanda Cihak Morning Coffee @ Royal Park Tuesday, October 3rd Hosted by: Margaret Hart October General Meeting - Dr. Albert Karam, Karam Pediatrics Q&A Thursday, October 5th Please join us for an informal chat with our favorite pediatrician Dr. Albert Karam. Hosted by: Rebekah Sellers Home Depot Kids Workshop Saturday, October 7th Join us for Home Depot’s Kids Workshop, a free, monthly event. In October, the kids will be building a rescue float plane. Kids will use screwdrivers, hammers, etc and paint their projects while wearing their little Home Depot apron. Even the youngest can participate if mom or dad do the work and let the kiddos do the painting! (Heads up - the paint they provide is not washable!) This is a come-and-go event and the Home Depot site suggests to go on the earlier side to ensure your child gets a project kit. I’ll be there with my husband and kids from about 9-10am in my North Dallas PTA shirt!
